Overview of the payment options

For the payment of your order we offer you five different payment methods to choose from:

2. Installment purchase
3. Prepayment by bank transfer 3% discount
4. Paypal
5. Credit card

1. Purchase on account

With the free purchase on account with Klarna you receive your goods before you have paid. You can shop relaxed, place your order and look at the products at home. Afterwards you have 14 days to pay the invoice. You do not have to provide any sensitive data, the purchase on account is completely risk-free.

2. Installment purchase

With the flexible installment purchase from Klarna you can pay at your personal desired pace. You can buy first and then look at the goods at home. All purchases that you make by installment purchase with Klarna are collected on a clear monthly invoice. You decide every month how much you want to pay.

3. Payment in advance bank transfer

If you decide to pay by bank transfer in advance we grant you a 3% discount. Your order will be processed immediately after we receive your payment. Please transfer the invoice amount to the following account after completing your order:

Attention! Please remember to always state the order number as the reason for payment. This is the only way to ensure that your order can be processed as quickly as possible.

4. Payment via PayPal

Paypal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly. Your advantage: the order process is accelerated, because the payment is usually immediately transmitted to us and the ordered (in stock) products can often be shipped to you on the same day. Your Paypal account will be debited on the day of the order.

5. Payment by credit card

Privacy and security are our top priorities. To protect you from credit card misuse, we may verify your information when you place your first order. In this case, you will receive a delayed order confirmation e-mail from our customer service. The further procedure will be explained to you in this e-mail. To speed up the process, you can also enter your phone number in the order process - this will allow us to contact you immediately and release your order within our business hours. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place your order.

When will my order arrive?

Most of the products offered are in stock. You can find our delivery times on the respective product detail page and in the shopping cart.

Delivery time to your order: The delivery time stated in the article is valid from receipt of payment until 12:00. Please note that the delivery time at peak times, for example, Easter, summer or Christmas at the transport companies such as DHL or forwarding may be extended in individual cases.

ATTENTION: Company vacations from 20.02.2020 to 25.02.2020 during this time there will be no shipment of goods. The specified delivery time does not apply during the company vacations. Please note that we can only ship orders with payment received by 02/18/2020 (12pm) before our company vacations.

If your product is not available in stock or if it is a custom-made product (refrigerated counters), this information will be displayed to you accordingly. We will ship these items as soon as possible after completion or after receiving the goods from the manufacturer, which is approximately 10-14 days. Only in exceptional cases, this may take up to 4 weeks, you can find the information about the delivery time in the product details.
