General Terms and Conditions of Business
1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The sales contract is concluded with beverage dispense systems GmbH
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
- If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
- If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
4. Payment
In our store you can use the following payment methods:
Prepayment
If you select the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. If you choose the credit card payment method, an additional 2.5 percent of the purchase price will be charged.
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. If you choose the payment method Paypal/Paypal Express, an additional 1.9 percent of the purchase price will be charged.
Payment by invoice and financing
In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer invoice purchase and installment purchase as a payment option. Please note that purchase on account and installment purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Invoice
When buying on account with Klarna you always get the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for purchase on account can be found here. The online store charges a fee of 0.00 Euro per order when buying on account with Klarna.
Installment purchase
With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least € 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Data protection notice
Klarna checks and evaluates your data details and, where there is a legitimate interest and reason to do so, maintains a data exchange with other companies and credit reference agencies. Your personal information will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as set out in Klarna's Privacy Policy.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please claim such defects as soon as possible to the deliverer and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online store.
9. Contract text storage
We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
10. Images
Only the offered articles are sold, possible decoration articles which serve for the explanation of the commodity are not a component of the order. Articles can deviate optically, if the manufacturer changed a product.
11. Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
