Blupura warm carbonator sparkling water device How the Blupura warm carbonator sparkling water machine works With the Blupura warm carbonator sparkling water device, you can professionally produce sparkling water for your catering business from tap water at low cost. The device has three connections; 1 x Co2 input, 1 x water input and 1 x sparkling water output. In the warm carbonator, the Co2 is compressed (carbonised) with the tap water and sparkling water is produced, which you can then connect to your dispensing system via the sparkling water outlet. The integrated brass pump delivers 200 litres of uncooled sparkling water per hour at a pressure of approx. 12 bar. The electronic pump control (Niceauelektronik) recognises a lack of water and switches the pump off if necessary.
