General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with beverage dispense systems GmbH
By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
A binding contract can also be concluded beforehand as follows:
- If you have selected credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
- If you have selected the payment method PayPal, the contract is concluded at the time of your confirmation of the payment instruction to PayPal.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
Prepayment
If you select the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. If you select the credit card payment method, an additional 2.5 per cent of the purchase price will be charged.
Paypal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must always be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us (exception: guest access). You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. If you select the payment method Paypal/Paypal Express, an additional 1.9 per cent of the purchase price will be charged.
Payment by invoice and financing
In cooperation withKlarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer purchase on account and instalment purchase as payment options. Please note that purchase on account and hire purchase are only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna in each case.
Invoice
When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and you always have a payment period of 14 days. You can find the full terms and conditions for purchase on accounthere. The online shop charges a fee of 0.00 euros per order when purchasing on account with Klarna.
Instalment purchase
With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least €6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Data protection notice
Klarna checks and evaluates your data details and exchanges data with other companies and credit agencies where there is a legitimate interest and reason to do so. Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information inKlarna's privacy policy.

6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.
8. Warranty and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Storage of contract text
We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the terms and conditions here on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login.
10. Illustrations
Only the items on offer are sold, any decorative items used to illustrate the goods are not part of the order. Items may differ visually if the manufacturer has modified a product.
11. Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
