the following are our conditions for our low price (best price) guarantee:

• If you can prove before concluding a contract with us that you can buy at a lower price from a comparable competitor with the same service (delivery or dispatch within 72 hours within Germany) and a comparable payment method, we will match the price. To do this, please call us on 02271 989630-0.
  Comparable competitors are those who operate their business online, in Germany, according to German law.
  Our products must be labelled "Ready for immediate dispatch, delivery time approx. 1-3 working days".
• The competitor's reported item must be identical to ours. Identical means that, among other things, the manufacturer and the type designation are identical.
  Products labelled as B-goods or used by competitors are excluded from the low price guarantee.
• Prices from price comparison sites and price search engines may be out of date. For our Low Price Guarantee, we can therefore only take into account the current prices shown on our shop website www.getraenkezapfanlagen.net and on the websites of our competitors.
• Auction sites such as eBay are excluded from our low price guarantee (even for fixed price offers).
• If a price is cheaper or the same as the competitor's price after applying a voucher code or deducting a cashback amount, the low price guarantee CANNOT be claimed.
