Overview of payment options

We offer you a choice of five different payment methods for paying for your order:

1. Invoice
2. Instalment purchase
3. Prepayment by bank transfer 3% discount
4. Paypal
5. Credit card

1. Purchase on account

With the free purchase on account with Klarna, you will receive your goods before you have paid. You can shop at your leisure, place your order and view the products at home. You then have 14 days to pay the invoice. You don't have to enter any sensitive data, buying on account is completely risk-free.

2. Instalment purchase

With Klarna's flexible instalment purchase, you can pay at your own pace. You can shop first and then view the goods at home at your leisure. All purchases that you make by instalment purchase with Klarna are collected on a clear monthly invoice. You decide each month how much you want to pay.

3. Payment in advance by bank transfer

If you have decided to pay by bank transfer in advance, we will grant you a 3% discount. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. After completing your order, please transfer the invoice amount to the following account:

Attention! Please remember to always state theorder number as the reason for payment. This is the only way to ensure that your order can be processed as quickly as possible.

4. Payment via PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly. Your advantage: the ordering process is accelerated as the payment is usually transferred to us immediately and the ordered (in stock) products can often be dispatched to you on the same day. Your PayPal account will be debited on the day the order is placed.

5. Payment by credit card

Data protection and security are our top priority. To protect you from credit card misuse, we may check your details when you place your first order. In this case, you will receive a delayed order confirmation e-mail from our customer service. The further procedure will be explained to you in this e-mail. To speed up the process, you can also enter your telephone number in the order process so that we can contact you immediately and authorise your order within our business hours. Your credit card will be charged on the day the order is placed.

When will my order arrive?

Most of the products on offer are stock items. You can find our delivery times on the respective product detail page and in the shopping basket.

Delivery time for your order: The delivery time stated in the article applies from receipt of payment until 12:00 noon. Please note that the delivery time at peak times, e.g. Easter, summer or Christmas, may be extended in individual cases by transport companies such as DHL or freight forwarders.

ATTENTION: Company holidays from 22.12.2023 to 02.01.2024no goods will be dispatched during this period. The specified delivery time does not apply during the company holidays. Please note that we can only ship orders with payment received by 20.12.2023 (12 noon) before our company holidays.

If your product is not available in stock or is a customised product (refrigerated counters), this information will be displayed accordingly. We will dispatch these items as soon as possible after completion or after receipt of the goods from the manufacturer, i.e. after approx. 10-14 days. Only in exceptional cases can this take up to 4 weeks. You can find details of the delivery time in the product details.

Packaging and shipping costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Forwarding agency

For delivery within Germany and packaging costs, we charge the shipping price specified in the offer.
The shipping costs are shown and communicated separately for each order.
