The evaporators in the MR series are designed to equip
cold rooms for cooling or deep-freezing
. The 6 models in the MR series cover a
power range from 840 to 2,620 W.

High-performance heat exchangers
the finned blocks of the MR series consist of sinusoidally corrugated aluminium fins
with a fin spacing of 4.23 or 6.35 mm and internally finned copper tubes.
In the MR 270/250/ and MRE 135/120 to MRE 270/250 models, the refrigerant is distributed via a
venturi distributor.
The MR battery is fully protected with polyester against corrosive atmospheres, among other things
Fans
TheMR andMRE series is equipped with a fan. It is operated with a motor connected to the terminal box
(except forMR 75/65), 50-60 Hz in closed design, class B, with impedance protection and permanent lubrication.
The protective grilles comply with safety standards.
Housing
The housing made of recyclable ABS stands for:
Robust design: High resistance to thermal shocks
(at high and low temperatures) and high mechanical strength,
Aesthetic design: The external shape, the careful finishing
and the white textured surface allow these devices to be harmoniously integrated into
their surroundings. MR slats with polyester finish.
Hygiene: Thanks to the rounded corners, bacteria-promoting
deposits are avoided. Improved hygiene thanks to the use of
non-oxidising parts (e.g. stainless steel fixing screws),
safety: no sharp corners or edges
Defrosting:
The electric heating elements (230 V, single-phase) are mounted in slots
under the battery and connected to a terminal box
(only for theMRE series). This arrangement
makes all maintenance work much easier
and ensures homogeneous heat distribution in the battery
. This leads to perfect defrosting.
The condensate is collected in an intermediate drip tray
and drained via a large connection piece (Ø 1“ G).
EASY ACCESS:
The structure of the MR was designed to facilitate all
installation work for commissioning, maintenance and cleaning
. Thanks to the
polyamide hinges attached to the housing, all evaporator parts are completely
accessible (battery, fan motor, heating rods of the defrost heater,
connections ... ). These hinges allow the housing
to be completely removed.
