Functionality of the Blupura Warm Carbonator Sparkling Water Device

With the Blupura Warm Carbonator sparkling water device you can produce professional sparkling water from tap water for your catering business. The device has three connections; 1 x Co2 input, 1 x water input and 1 x sparkling water output. In the warm carbonator, the Co2 is compressed with the tap water (carabonized) and sparkling water is produced, you can then connect this to your tap system via the sparkling water output. The integrated brass pump delivers 200 L/h of uncooled sparkling water at approx. 12 bar pressure. The electronic pump control (Niceauelektronik) detects a lack of water and switches off the pump if necessary. The machine has a robust carbonator tank made of stainless steel
